Delete Your Neverdex Account
Last updated: October 17, 2026
This page explains how to delete your Neverdex game account (the website, the iOS app and the Android app share the same account), and which data is deleted or kept afterward. Neverdex is operated by Haku Core LLC.
Each server has its own account. Accounts on different servers, such as the English, Mandarin (Taiwan) and Cantonese (Hong Kong) servers, are not connected. If you have accounts on several servers, delete each one on its own server.
1. Delete your account in the game
The steps are the same on the website and in the app:
- Open Neverdex and tap your name at the top right to open the “Account” screen.
- In the app, first make sure you are on the server where the account you want to delete is. To delete an account on another server, switch to that server on the “Account” screen first.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.
- Read the explanation, then confirm the deletion.
Once the account is deleted, it is signed out on every device (website and app).
A guest account (one not linked to Google or Apple) can only be deleted on the device or browser where it was created. If you have cleared your browser data, removed the app or changed devices and can no longer sign in to that guest account, you can email us to request deletion as described in section 3.
2. What happens when you delete your account
Data that is deleted
- Your nickname: it is shown as “Deleted player” instead.
- The messages you wrote when sending cards.
- Your linked Google or Apple sign-in and email address. For accounts that use Sign in with Apple, we revoke Neverdex’s authorization with Apple.
- Sign-ins on all devices: every device is signed out.
- Friends, friend requests, card requests between friends, and block records. Your friend code is replaced, so nobody can add you with the old code.
- Device tokens for push notifications, and records of your app version.
Data kept in anonymous form
- Your collection, the recipes you discovered and your World First records: the Dex is shared by the whole server, so the cards you discovered first stay in it, with the discoverer shown as “Deleted player”. You are no longer listed on leaderboards.
- Cards you have already sent to other players stay in their accounts (your messages are removed), with the sender shown as “Deleted player”.
Data kept as required by law
- Billing data such as purchase and refund records, as well as report, violation and suspension records, are kept for as long as needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention and handling legal disputes. Data in backups is removed when the backups expire.
Before you delete your account
- Deletion cannot be undone. Gems, the Monthly Mana Card, the Season Pass and any other virtual items in the account (including purchased ones) are forfeited and will not be refunded.
- If you later sign in again with the same Google or Apple account, a brand-new account is created; your old data is not restored.
- Removing the app or clearing your browser data does not delete your account. Neverdex has no auto-renewing subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel before you delete your account.
3. Can’t sign in? Request deletion by email
If you can’t open the game or sign in to your account, email support-en@neverdex.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and include:
- The server the account is on, its nickname and its friend code (the 6-character code on the “Account” screen or the Friends tab).
- If the account is linked: the email address of the linked Google or Apple account (if you use Apple’s Hide My Email, this is the relay address Apple provides).
To protect your account, we will first confirm that you are its owner, and may ask you for more information if needed. Once confirmed, we will delete the account as described in section 2 and reply to let you know.
